Acceptable Lead Policy

Leads are deemed acceptable when they satisfy one or more of these criteria:

Call duration is 60 seconds or longer. This includes the time your phone is ringing.
The caller is directed to voicemail.
The caller is informed of a callback.
The caller is informed that someone will text them.
The caller is placed on hold for longer than 10 seconds.
The call is unanswered within 15 seconds causing the caller to hang up.
The caller encounters a complex IVR prompting zip code entry or other choices. The IVR should be tailored for new customers, and you can utilize The Client Connector API to ping us in real-time for zip codes via the caller ID.
The caller reports their call is from a targeted zip code you have configured, but is advised your services are unavailable for their zip code.

Users will have the option to dispute an accepted lead or leads. Disputed leads are reviewed at the end of each month. If approved, account credits will be issued for the amount they were charged for the disputed lead(s) within 7-10 business days.

Campaign Bidding Rules

Default/Minium Industry Bid - $100.00
Lead Billing Amount - Covers the cost of outbidding the next highest bidder, billed in $1.00 increments
Modify Targeted and Excluded Zip Codes and Bids - Editable after campaign setup
Missed Leads Due to Being Outbid - Notifications sent via email or text

Bid Options Defined

Default Bids Utilize the default industry bid ($100.00) across all targeted zip codes. Be aware that bids may vary over time, potentially leading to out-bidding for certain zip codes.
Minimum Highest Bid All Zip Codes Employ the current highest bid plus $1.00 for targeted zip codes with competing bidders. For zip codes without competitors, the default industry bid ($100.00) is applied.
Example If another bid of $30.00 exists for one of your targeted zip codes, your maximum bid for that zip code will be $31.00. For zip codes without competitors, your maximum bid remains ($100.00).
Custom Maximum Bid Manually input your desired maximum bid, applied uniformly to all targeted zip codes. The charge amount for a specific zip code will be the minimum required to secure the bid, even if your maximum bid significantly exceeds it.
Example Zip codes without competing bids will incur the industry minimum of $100.00 as the charge amount. For zip codes with higher bids, the charge will be the highest bid plus $1.00.

The Client Connector Lead Generation System

The Client Connector works in conjunction with numerous affiliate networks and directly provides leads to businesses that are registered with us. When we receive a new call, we determine the industry of the caller and employ an interactive voice response system to ascertain their service zip code. With this data, we then consult our affiliate partners and our registered businesses to identify the highest bidder for the specified industry and zip code. Subsequently, the caller is connected to the highest bidder, and the call is recorded for evaluation purposes. Qualifying leads are billed on a nightly basis.

To maintain active status, automated billing must be successfully completed on the day a lead becomes billable (daily billing). If we encounter any issues while charging your card, your account including all associated campaigns, will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

Our network of over 300 websites caters to industries and geo-locations, even creating new sites to meet evolving customer demands. We sustain active marketing and utilize cutting-edge SEO techniques to drive organic traffic. We leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), Yelp, Nextdoor, classified ads, paid business listings, and more. Our integrated affiliate network enables affiliates to generate calls and share in revenue. Our commitment is to provide top-tier, ethically sound leads: no double charging, no reselling leads, and screening to ensure only genuine customers connect with your business.

Profile Terms & Conditions

By Continuing On Our Program You Agree To The Following Conditions

Upon agreement, The Client Connector will bill for leads on a daily basis. Your credit card will be automatically charged for all unpaid, confirmed billable leads at the end of each day. If we are unable to successfully charge your card, your account will be suspended until it is brought current.
At any point, you have the option to temporarily suspend any active campaign within The Client Connector system. Please be aware that the suspension duration is limited to a maximum of 2 weeks at a time.
You have the option to initiate an account cancellation request with The Client Connector system. In such cases, if any refunds are due (prepaid amounts). This process necessitates a full account cancellation, resulting in the removal of your account and historical data. Please note that should you decide to sign up again, any setup fees and profile configuration fees may be required to sign up again.
